2. Data we may process

• Browsing and security data that may appear in technical server logs, such as IP address, date and time, browser, device, and pages accessed.
• Your answer to the cookie notice (accepted or declined), stored locally in your browser.
• Dates, number of guests, and any coupon entered when checking availability. Searches and the next booking steps are processed by HotelControl.
• Your name, contact details, message, and any other information you choose to send through WhatsApp, email, or Instagram.
• Data required for reservations, payment, check-in, and the stay when you contract our services.

3. Why we use data and our legal bases

Depending on the situation, processing is based on performing a contract or taking preliminary steps, complying with legal or regulatory obligations, exercising legal rights, legitimate interests, or consent.

• To answer enquiries, prepare offers, and take steps before entering into a contract.
• To check availability, complete reservations, manage payments, and provide the contracted stay.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to accommodation providers.
• To keep the website secure and functional, prevent fraud, and protect our rights and those of guests.
• To remember your answer to the cookie notice and, where required, honor choices made with your consent.

4. Who we may share data with

We share only what is necessary with providers supporting the website, communications, and the stay. This may include HotelControl for availability and reservations; WhatsApp and Instagram, Meta services; email, hosting, and infrastructure providers; payment services; accounting services; and public authorities where legally required.

When you continue to an external service, its own terms and policies also apply. Some digital providers may operate infrastructure outside Brazil. Where this occurs, transfers must follow the mechanisms and safeguards permitted by Brazil's LGPD.

5. How long we keep data and how we protect it

We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purpose, to provide the stay, meet legal and regulatory time limits, or exercise legal rights. It is then deleted or anonymised when applicable.

We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information to reduce risks of unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No system, however, is completely immune to incidents.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website currently uses no cookies of its own, no advertising cookies, and no behavior analytics. It stores only your answer to the cookie notice in the browser's local storage, for functional purposes, and does not build an advertising profile. See the Cookie Policy for details.

External services reached from the website, such as HotelControl, WhatsApp, and Instagram, may use their own cookies or technologies under their respective policies.

Requests are free of charge. To protect your information, we may verify your identity before responding. We will reply within the applicable deadlines and explain any legal reason preventing us from fully meeting a request.

8. Children and teenagers

Children's and teenagers' data is processed only when required for the reservation and stay, in their best interests and under the responsibility of a parent or guardian, subject to applicable legal requirements.
